Solidarity Medical Care (SMC) is a home based, onsite and telemedicine medical facility. We provide basic house calls, telemedicine, and some onsite medical services.
Currently, many patients are having difficulties finding primary care providers. SMC is here to help with some of these difficulties. If needed, we will come to you in the comfort of your home.
We understand many individuals have their healthcare providers and don’t want to leave them. However, sometimes your doctor might be overbooked with no openings for urgent needs. We can help bridge the gap until your doctor has time to get you in their schedule.
An important piece of our services is preventive healthcare. We help our patients with simple measures for disease prevention. Preventive healthcare may help catch health problems before they become serious. A simple lifestyle modification, healthy diet, blood test, imaging and screening can save lives.
